What is next for DH and me?

Bereft after the end of our favourites.

We've watched (and there are probably more I've forgotten):
The Wire
Homeland
Breaking Bad
Better Call Saul
The Bridge
Gotham
Jessica Jones
American Horror Story

And more.

Any suggestions please?

We've just started sons of anarchy

Have you tried

Walking dead
Fear the walking dead
House of cards

Have seen house of cards.
Not tried Walking Dead or Sons of Anarchy.
Thanks

I'm clearly very late to the party seeing as it started 10 years ago, but I'm watching Heroes at the minute

You've seen Jessica Jones? What about Daredevil? Same universe with a character or two in both.

TrionicLettuce Sun 03-Jul-16 21:49:37

Carnivàle. It's about 13 years since it first came out but it's bloody brilliant.

Kingdom Hospital is similarly aged but another one that I really enjoy, though there's only a single season of 13 episodes.

Sleeperandthespindle Sun 03-Jul-16 21:49:58

Yes, definitely need to add Daredevil to the list. I loved Jessica Jones.

Prison break

Californication

Luther

Daredevil - it's better than Jessica Jones IMO

Vikings
Transparent
The Fall
The Americans
Ray Donovan

We're watching Izombie and Jake (Australian just started it seems good). Squabbling about season two of Marco Polo I remember season one as brilliant but can't remember what happened and first episode of season two is just confusing.

Leftovers
Fargo

Both of these are incredible.

love leftovers and fargo.

Penny Dreadful is good but quite gothicy and creepy. Just started peaky blinders which seems good.

Fringe. Old but good if you like a bit of sci-fi thrown in.

vjg13 Mon 04-Jul-16 08:17:45

Would also suggest sons of anarchy, carnivale and Oz (very gritty prison drama). Have you watched Dexter and House?

NoahVale Mon 04-Jul-16 18:27:37

i keep recommending An Honorable Woman.

JennyOnAPlate Mon 04-Jul-16 18:29:16

Definitely the fall...brilliant. Prison break, 24.

Another vote for iZombie as well, we really enjoyed it and are eagerly awaiting the next season!!

TheGirlWithTheArabStrap Mon 04-Jul-16 18:31:03

Another vote for Fringe. I loved Orphan Black too.

ElspethFlashman Mon 04-Jul-16 18:38:05

Justified. It was 6 seasons I think and is complete. DH and I loved that.

Sardonic US Marshall in the southern backwoods where everyone is making meth in the valleys and he went to school with them all. Some brutal violence but nothing squicky. Surprisingly cool with lots of great quips!

ElspethFlashman Mon 04-Jul-16 18:39:28

2nd vote for The Americans. Just gets better and better.

Also a huge Orphan Black fan (hence the name haha). Also love OITNB and Breaking Bad and totally understand that totally bereft feeling when they finish!

Other TV shows I love are ...

Outlander
Jane the Virgin
The Walking Dead
The 100
The Returned (proper French version)

How to Get Away With Murder! It is SO GOOD and I know hardly anyone who's watched it. Season 1 is on Netflix and Season 2 is on various websites if you search around.

House of Cards.
Luke Cage is out in September.

SestraClone Mon 04-Jul-16 19:08:09

Oh, I also really enjoyed The Man in the High Castle.

SestraClone Mon 04-Jul-16 19:10:11

Also, to add (sorry!) I also love the This Is England film/tv show, which might be on 4oD.
