Single Dad Seeking...

Apologies if there's already a thread but it wouldn't really shock me if I was the only one who watched it longer than 5 minutes.

The premise is a single dad moves in a stranger with him and his children to see if they can make a relationship work. It's probably all scripted but wtf?! How insane and irresponsible. And a bit of a mind fuck for the kids no?

To my shame, I'm on episode two. I need a hobby.

That does sound insane. Imagine the insults that'd be flying if it was single mums moving strangers in.

I saw an ad for that and said the same thing to dh. Mind boggles. Hmm

Unsullied exactly! That was one of my first thoughts.

It's on TLC which, granted, isn't renowned for its groundbreaking television Grin

I watched this and really feel for those women especially the one with a Mormon guy.

It's so fascinating. Really felt for the Canadian girl and the one with the Mormon guy. And Mike stuck with valene even though she hates kids!! Am too addicted to tlc. Did anyone watch 90 day fiance?

Mike seemed pretty decent and an all round good guy type, valene had issues and said that being around him and his son helped calm her - I think that's what therapy is for. I felt for the Canadian woman think the guy was a douche bag. What about the southern couple calli and paul ? Think they finished it in the end, big burden to take in 4 kids like that at such a young age.
