Me! I'm enjoying this series after finding the last one a bit 'meh'

I thinks it's because Brenda Blethyn seemed a bit lost without Joe in the last series, although that may have just been me!

I don't have a clue, I'm rubbish at guessing. I thought it was the vicar at first but seems not.

Seems quite early in the show for the reveal? I wonder what the twist/reason is

I love Vera, it's like Columbo but with the fabulous Brenda Blethyn who I've loved in everything I've seen her in.

Must admit I probably wouldn't bother with Vera without Brenda :-)
