Catastrophe. It's not as good is it?

Loved the first season but this second one its abit crude isn't it? My friends at work all say they are gutted because they are embarrassed to watch it I front of their teenagers. Too much shagging and filthy jokes. Sharon is so bloody miserable I'm going right off her.

I agree. We really enjoyed the first series but this one is really rude. We watch it with 14 year old dd and I find myself cringing a lot

It's all just a little bit strange. I don't really get the point of some of the storylines.

My poor 70 year old mother was really looking forward to it. The forwarding three years was bad enough!

Thank goodness, I thought that it was just me. The first series was much better.

I've been liking this series better. It just seems more relatable somehow (well, apart from the massive house and Sharon's uber trendy wardrobe).

The relentless shagging has always been the least relatable part for me Grin

I absolutely loved the episode with the mum friends, that was brilliant. But yeah, the massive lovely house irrationally annoys me, I preferred them in a one bed flat!

Have they said how they managed to buy it?

Well I think it's meant to be obvious that Rob had a huge salary, judging by the swanky office he has.

Most unrealistic bit for me was Sharon applying body lotion to her legs a few days after her daughter was born. Yeah right

I like it because it is a bit different, though lots of it makes me cringe. There are always scenes/lines that are brilliant, and the characters evolve in believable ways. Recent favourite: Sharon on Rob's lap in French restaurant - she thinks she is being rude, he says the French love it, and you know he's right. I also like that he is a reformed alcoholic.
