DH did and I saw bits. Looked good - though am very fond of Albert Finney/Tom Courtney version. Did you enjoy it?

Yes, I liked it, excellent performances, but very subtle from Ian McK at the end, if I hadn't read the plot synopsis I might have missed the main point, I think (Norman loved him most)

Loved it. IM and AH were wonderful. Never heard of it before and didn't know there was another version. Would like to see that. Was it very similar? Which actor played which part in the AF TC one?

There was a film with Albert Finney and Tom Courtney Diamonds, which is also brilliant.

I did enjoy this version too though, 'We're not dead are we?' is my favourite line Smile.

Lovely performances from all, but IM & AH at their best!

Albert Finney was the Actor. 1980s. Brilliant film. I'm certain they had played it on stage but I didn't get to see it. Ooh off to look on Amazon for it
