It was so depressing but unsurprising to see that legalised brothels are just another layer of middle management exploiting the girls.

I managed about the first 5 minutes. I was so annoyed with the commentary - no challenging or discussion of the misogynistic views expressed. I was also angry with the production - the women were shown naked whilst the punters' identities were protected. I know if I had watched this as a young woman I would have accepted so much of this inequality as natural and acceptable. How many young adults will watch this and not question the norms accepted by the programme?

I watched thinking it would be like Amsterdam and wondering if it would be the way forward for the UK but was disgustede how exploitative it was. If you watch the Chicken Ranch (documentary) about USA's biggest brothel the girls have their own rooms, their own social events put on for them, monthly bonus payments and prizes, mopnthly health checks etc by Dr . They dont share rooms of have to pay a daily rate to the brothel just to work.

At least they werent doing great financially so hopefully they will scale down and maybe fizzle out. Those poor girls would be better off doing the UK thing of working out of her own home/website which means she is her own boss and not subsidising a pimp/brothel/massage parlou/human trafficker.
