Hoolit, I don't have a clue, it seems really different to over here. They seem to be earning big money though, especially if it is a double commission, which I think is where they represent the person selling and the person buying.

In the USA you have a realtor acting for both the seller and the buyer. So I suppose these guys must be aching for both and getting double commission. Or sure if this is strictly ethical....

Yes, in New York they will pay tax on the commission. Both State tax ( NY ) and Federal Tax.

I'm totally addicted to this now. The amounts of money are outrageous and I'm not sure the buyers actually end up living in the buildings or if they are just investments? I love Fredrik.

I think I messed up my viewing a sit wouldn't go on to series link, so ended up watching a new series when I hadn't finished watching the previous series.
