We should have a spoiler warning in the title so those of us dying to explode and talk about it can do so without spoiling it for others.

We could have a code name like, brownie and the dropping of the brownie could be the euphemism for the thing that happened.

E.g. when the brownie dropped I sat on the sofa for 10 minutes with the program on pause looking for somebody to share it with because I was on my own. Now, we'll never be able to share that brownie again because it dropped! I suffered sever emotional trauma at the hands of the brownie dropping.
