I caught this last week, with the focus in 5th story or whatever they are called. I thought kavanagh was quite sad, he's had the shitty end of the shit stick and then some. He was bitter but I think given the crap he'd been through (some self inflicted granted) he'd have had to be a saint to be unaffected by it all.

It's on tonight again at 11.50 - I'll be watching as I missed the 3T one.

I felt sorry for Kavana too...a really sad story about what the fickle nature of fame can do to you and then to end up singing in some shitty holiday camp in Great Yarmouth Yes some of it was self-inflicted but he only did the same as, say, Robbie and he is still going strong.

It wasn't Adam's fault that their manager chose to focus on him was it? Liked Adam, seemed very down to earth.

And all I can say about Gareth is that I hope Jordan was a damn good shag considering it seems to have cost him everything!

Haven't watched this week's yet...just waiting for DS1 to go to bed.

Do wonder about Eternal as I imagine nothing has changed...Kelle is still going to be the odd one out with the sisters as close as they are. Not sure that is going to have a happy ending

I agree it wasn't Adam's doing at all but to a young guy like kavanagh was, his perception was probably warped by his experience and the treatment he got from his manager. It really does highlight how fickle fame is, and how young inexperienced people are just used and tossed aside. Fragile egos massaged to squeeze every bankable penny from them then just nothing when the money tails off. I'd like to see him at least get enough to have some security afterwards.

Maybe if Louise came back to reunite with Eternal, it would dilute that sense of Kelle against the two sisters? I wonder why she hasn't. I know she left a while before they split up but she was part of the group for a long time.

Sad and pedantic alert!!! Has anyone else noticed that the voiceover says '24 big stars' (or something along those lines) but when you count them up there are only 23 of them? Maybe someone else will be joining? Louise perhaps? Or maybe my maths isn't what it was!

You might be right...how many people are in Damage. I get 23 if there are 4 of them (which I think there is.

I'm not impressed by anyone who thinks they should just swan in at the end while the rest have had to spill their guts out for our 'viewing pleasure'. A bit like Blue in the last one - they thought they were oh so speshul and they were no better than the rest - all in the same boat, past their best and hoping for a second wave of success.

Really Louise is arguably the most famous person who could be involved...the best of the rest seem to be a group with a famous uncle, someone married to a spice girl, someone married to one of Westlife and a couple of people who shagged Jordan
