Good article about it in the observer this weekend new series is set two years later than last one ended but there were alot of spoilers in it and it sounds like it is going to be fab.....again.

Birgitte : ex prime minister of Denmark. Fabulous all round. Divorced from phillipe who couldn't take her commitment to The Job.
Philippe: ex husband of birgitte and banker. With another woman ( phsycologist)now .
Father of their two children( girl who suffers from depression and younger boy )
Torben: editor in chief of TV1 news
Hanne: journalist ( recovering alcoholic)
Pia : another journalist in the tv1 team

Bent: moderate party politician and old friend and mentor of birgitte
Lars Hesselboe; major political opponent of moderate party and current PM. Dirty player.
