I agree there's no way they did the 60's house on £40k. I would far rather have a utility than a shower room, I think they'll regret that decision.

lol thats really funny, it was me and my partner who featured on the show from maidstone, we did do the build for 40k, what they did not tell you was Bens dad owns his own plumbing and heating business so he done that free of charge and Ben works in sales and advertising so you can guess the deal he got from his client who he already dealt with.
