Blackadder Goes Forth. The final episode where they go over the top. It makes my hairs stand on end!

Seeing the footage of the cranes at Winston Churchill's funeral (I wasn't born in 1965, but have seen it shown on TV).

Watching "The Box of Magic Delights" as an 11 year old and finding it quite sinister.

Francis Urquhart.

Oh, so many moments of great TV.

Im so sorry but it IS from that programme with the awful guy.....you know the one.

the boy scouts on the rollercoaster, eating! Ill never forget that pig-faced kid!

I hope the tv people edit that man out of it because that was classic tv that must be shown again in some way.

and the Queen with James Bond at the opening of the olympics. that was such a 'luke I am your father' moment Grin

im sure ill think of more!

Lots...

Kylie & Jason's wedding on Neeeyyybours. I was around seven at the time. In fact I have so many happy memories of trashy 80s TV, especially the US stuff...The Hof being out-acted by a talking car on Knightrider, Tom Selleck being slowly engulfed by his own body hair on Magnum PI , McGyver building an entire tank out of chewing gum and a piece of string...Best TV decade ever Grin.

The X-Files. I was a little bit in love with Mulder when I was thirteen.

A sad one....my stepfather was violent towards my mother and I have really distinct memory of sitting in the living room with the TV on and Casualty starting, while it kicked off in the next room. I hate the fecking Casualty theme music to this day.

Both AbFab.

Then scene where Patsy runs in, lights 2/3 cigarettes at the same time whilst shouting "Bastard asthmatic cab driver!" Grin

And when Patsy wakes up in the burnt out kitchen with her beehive stuck up at one side singed. Grin

A schools' education programme that featured a fictional storyline about children designing a new sort of platform sandal/shoe which became massively successful and a bit of a fad. They were dangerous to wear though, so everyone had to be persuaded to give them up.

Block-a-boots, block-a-boots, block, block, block-a-boots. They're in fashion today.

This is England.
The scene where Trev gets assaulted by Lols Dad.
Burnt into my mind, it still makes me flinch to think of it.

Every single episode of ER ever written

Emma Thompson in Wit. There's just one scene towards the end, where she is dying, and she's lying on the hospital bed, breasts out, with this heart breaking narration and its just harrowing.

Home and away. Any scene with the Braxtons in it

Agree with AbFab, every scene is brilliant - loved the one where they go to France and accidently stay in the gate house and play ping pong ! Hahaha!

When Harold Bishop's daughter (Kerry?) was shot dead by poachers in the marshes, leaving Joe Ramsey bereft and to bring up baby Skye alone. (Neighbours)

A really scary tv film starring Tinker from Lovejoy about children escaping from something awful. Terrifying (well it was at the time)

Jonathan Creek episode with the bath in the tower still gives me the creeps.

Sherlock. Amazing TV.

..and "Don't tell him, Pike!" from Dad's Army. I must have seen it at least 362 times, but it still makes me laugh. Every time, without fail.
