It's a bit soon for me to have an opinion yet, but it looks interesting enough that I'm recording it to watch later with DH...

Noooooooo! resist and join the speculation on the new thread grin

bishboschone Sat 29-Jun-13 17:55:49

I'm fighting the urge but dh has gone off to silverstone for the weekend so I may have a watch .

BoreOfWhabylon Sat 29-Jun-13 16:45:59

You can see the ones that have already been broadcast on 4OD but I think the whole series is available on Youtube, there are links ^ up there ^ but I am ignoring them.

bishboschone Sat 29-Jun-13 15:53:09

How can you see the other episodes . Is it just on you tube?

BoreOfWhabylon Sat 29-Jun-13 11:44:27

Oh, oh, I like this thread and everyone on it

But now I see it has almost reached the magic number

PacificDogwood Sat 29-Jun-13 08:35:11

What is Lena's scar all about?
What did Victor actualy do to Nasty Cat Lady??
What the frigging connection between the dam water and the village water??
What on earth was in the bin?

Oh, my head hurts. I'll join you all on the other side thread. The non-spoiler and only right one <<glowers>>

LizTerrine Sat 29-Jun-13 07:31:03

I've just watched episode 6! A whole bunch of cliffhangers there!

<evil cackle>

Sorry to singly garlic out but I MEAN it

ScrambledSmegs Fri 28-Jun-13 22:14:24

Lalalalalala <fingers in ears>

I'm ignoring you norty watch-aheaders. I decided not to watch it on YouTube, I'm enjoying it with DH and discussing it on here far too much. I'd miss the post-show analysis with you lot.

Anyone else see the trailer on E4 last night? Couple of things that I haven't seen before, looks good! Vaguely spoilery though. I think.

OfficialSweetieMonitor Fri 28-Jun-13 21:39:56

Disappointed at people posting even partial spoilers - saying Episode 6, even more questions, or, it had good reviews in France initially but people thought the ending too vague etc sad

Will have to hide this thread now

BlackAffronted Fri 28-Jun-13 19:49:16

Think a new thread is needed! This ones is full ....

I can't quite remember I think it was when Simon and Pierre had a talk in the shelter place.
Pierre talked about how everyone knew about Adele's fiance being run over by a car on the day of his wedding.

BlackAffronted Fri 28-Jun-13 16:25:01

Where was it confirmed Simon was run over by a car?

toldmywrath Fri 28-Jun-13 14:22:19

grin @ anonacfr it was a spade

anonacfr Fri 28-Jun-13 12:51:09

By the way it was a spade.

anonacfr Fri 28-Jun-13 12:47:28

Ok how do know his brother killed him? I'm wondering if his death might have something to do with the road. So far of the confirmed returned, Camille died in a bus crash and Simon was run over by a car.
It could be that they all died at the same place at different times which would explain why Victor appeared on the road before the bus crashed.

And rewatching the scene where Lucy got stabbed, isn't it bizarre that she fought her assailant off but then seemed to stop and almost embrace him before he stabbed her?

I'm still puzzled at the lack of curiosity the graves. Don't they want to see if there are bodies in there?

garlicnutty Thu 27-Jun-13 23:07:20

bashing him on head with spade/shovel (we are undecided which)

Only on Mumsnet grin

BoreOfWhabylon Thu 27-Jun-13 22:58:09

Serge is Underpass Belly Scoffer. He is a revenant whose brother (bloke who runs the bar) killed him years ago after his first lot of belly-scoffing and tried to kill him again when he revenanted by bashing him on head with spade/shovel (we are undecided which).

OliviaYouCannotBSeriousMumsnet (MNHQ) Thu 27-Jun-13 22:50:36

Lucy - barmaid/prostitue medium/stabbing victim
Julie - 7 year ago stabbing victim/nurse/foster parent to Victor
Adele - bride to be who lost Simon, the father of her baby
Mrs Costa - Mr Costas wife, died in 1972
Mr Costa - old headteacher, recently committed suicide
Batman Policewoman - Julies ex lover
Frederic - Camiile/Lena love interest then & now

This is brilliant thank you - I have only just managed to watch Sunday's ep

Who is SERGE?!?

AND ABSOLUTELY NO SPOILERS from you norty secret unwrappers please!

garlicnutty Thu 27-Jun-13 22:34:07

I will watch it on 4od when it comes on, though. It's the sort of thing that bears a second viewing imo. I like all the spooky set details, gruesome posters and worrying implements scattered around with abandonment! I need a second view to pick up all that.

garlicnutty Thu 27-Jun-13 22:27:08

What happened to delayed gratification?
