You know the ones - they're on mid afternoon or at three in the morning and you just have to set the video (furtively). Or maybe you own the video!

Off the top of my head it's got to be

Play Misty for Me
Muriels Wedding
Strictly Ballroom
Calamity Jane (although I don't really class that as cheesy as such, but it does elicit a groan from dh)

Never been kissed
Mean Girls
Love Actually

DH's is Top Gun - he knows all the words.

"Casablanca" and "Cat on a hot tin roof" for me. Neither are what I would class as cheesy but dh refuses to watch them.

Ooh yes I like Cat on a Hot Tin Roof too. Not cheesy but I do like the phrase 'little no-neck monsters'

An Affair to Remember
Breakfast at Tiffany's (not cheesy, really!)

The Wedding Singer
Dirty Dancing

Breakfast at Tiffany's
The Wicked Lady (ridiculous b&w highwayman romance with Margaret Lockwood and James Mason)
The Devil Rides Out (cheesy Hammer-esque - or maybe actual Hammer, not sure tbh - horror about satanism, more hammy than cheesy really)
Dirty Dancing, obv

I am disappointed you have failed to mention Princess Bride

I hope that was you.
