That does make me want to get the DC's surfing but I wimp out every year in cornwall.

Passmethecrisps Tue 12-Feb-13 09:57:32

I like their attitude. They were realistic - so often the families seem to think that everything will be easy because the sun shines

DreamsTurnToGoldDust Tue 12-Feb-13 09:57:37

Well, that was a good un`

MunchkinsMumof2 Tue 12-Feb-13 09:58:18

Horsemad Tue 12-Feb-13 09:58:32

A nice episode! I knew they'd gone so it was interesting to see how it went for them.

MrsJREwing Tue 12-Feb-13 10:01:03

I can't wait to watch it later, they sound lovely! I have 6 episodes to watch, I will have a Wanted down under fest when I have a child free morning in half term smile

So pleased worked out for them! He seems lovely and a real grafter. She grew on me slightly- admitted she was happier having work also and certainly seemed healthier. Good for them.

Morning, looking at the snow outside, moving to Oz is looking very appealing.

MunchkinsMumof2 Wed 13-Feb-13 09:20:12

Morning! Can't believe she would even contemplate leaving her 14yo behind shock

SconeInSixtySeconds Wed 13-Feb-13 09:20:20

Why does everyone go Perth? exaggerates

DreamsTurnToGoldDust Wed 13-Feb-13 09:20:56

Is the teenager not his then?

SconeInSixtySeconds Wed 13-Feb-13 09:21:36

Well that is Fremantle, not Perth.

Passmethecrisps Wed 13-Feb-13 09:22:06

Good morning.

Snowing here.

Cannot think that leaving a 14 year old will work.

What do they both do again? Missed that.

ScrambledSmegs Wed 13-Feb-13 09:22:37

Leaving a 14yo? shock

HalfSpamHalfBrisket Wed 13-Feb-13 09:22:47

HIm - Security manager
her - senior nurse

SconeInSixtySeconds Wed 13-Feb-13 09:22:50

She is a nurse, not sure about him..

DreamsTurnToGoldDust Wed 13-Feb-13 09:23:00

So to sum up, hes not leaving anything behind, job, family or child TUT TUT

MrsJREwing Wed 13-Feb-13 09:23:04

Why even contemplate leaving her daughter? Why is the daughter living at friends part time and not with Grandparents, if they don't get on?

Passmethecrisps Wed 13-Feb-13 09:23:14
