So what do you think?

I'm really enjoying it now and surprised it's a daytime only thing

I think it's good - but I think sometimes he's pushing muck up hill!!

Some people are just so ... dense! I mean, it's all common sense isn't it?

But hey, if it gets Phil on TV I'm not complaining - he's funny, but to me he looks lost without Kirsty and she looks lost without him.

I like it! But it feels like every episode the people he's helping have been "well we want to sell it for X so it's on the market at X and we won't lower the price even though it's 20k more than what nicer properties are selling for on the same road... but we need to sell it soon for [insert time-critical and dire reason]".

Dunno how he stops himself shaking them.

Was quite looking forward to this, but its just a re-hash of 'House Doctor' basically. He is just telling the owners that a good clean/tidy up is required (should be obvious really). Oh and don't forget to slap some magnolia paint on the walls. He is a bit kinder than Ann Maurice, though!

I did notice that not every house gets sold at the end, even with Phil's help. In today's housing market, what he needs to tell them is to CUT THE PRICE!

I love the way he is so diplomatic when asking how they came to that figure and usually it's a 'personal' valuation!

I'm disappointed in it. The people on it are so lacking in any sort of common sense - TIDY UP FFS! I would have preferred a less obvious reason why a place won't sell rather than pointing out rotten apples behind settees and chewed/broken furniture and garish colours. It's also too long at an hour. I don't think it'll get recommissioned, which is a shame as I like Phil.

Oh my god. First ten minutes of today's had me in TEARS of laughter, Phil was hilarious! "Another monitor, good to see... a light, bright bedroom - oh and a bathroom. is it?" "Five fridges in the hallway, that's... unusual".

Love him!
