Is anyone else watching this?

sittinginthesun Thu 21-Jul-11 21:08:32

Yes, I am. Hope it's not too heartbreaking. Cancer is bit of a tough subject for me.

aStarInStrangeways Thu 21-Jul-11 21:09:18

I don't dare. Bone cancer far too close to the bone, as it were.

LetThereBeRock Thu 21-Jul-11 21:19:55

Hugs for you both. I'm sorry that your lives have been affected by cancer in some form.sad

I am afraid that it is going to be heartbreaking,Sittinginthesun,I've just Googled him.

SalmonPinkCanary Thu 21-Jul-11 21:24:58

God bless him, its so sad. He is one amazingly strong guy though.

Sorry that have both had to go through some awful experiences as well.

sittinginthesun Thu 21-Jul-11 21:25:15

Well done, though. May turn over before end.

LetThereBeRock Thu 21-Jul-11 21:28:57

Awful to see him in so much pain.sad

So touching sad

LetThereBeRock Thu 21-Jul-11 21:46:58

This is so unfair and so cruel.

TheGrimSweeper Thu 21-Jul-11 21:53:39

Life is so unfair. Such a beautiful couple. Oh no

SalmonPinkCanary Thu 21-Jul-11 21:56:49

Very beautiful and genuinely nice people.

sittinginthesun Thu 21-Jul-11 22:00:25

thefirstMrsDeVere Thu 21-Jul-11 22:00:31

Watched it.
Beautiful boy.

Fucking cancer

LetThereBeRock Thu 21-Jul-11 22:03:03

His poor wife and family.I can't imagine the extent of their pain.sad What a loss.

worzelswife Thu 21-Jul-11 22:03:53

I agree, fucking cancer. Far too young to die such a hideous death.
I'm in floods of tears. It's so sad. I'm glad I watched it though, what a lovely boy.

this was heartbreaking, my mum died of a cancer a few years ago and I know of a 7 yr old who is dying at the moment. Just too much for these poor children and their poor parents to bear. Was bad enough with my mum who had lived a longer, fuller life and led a life which led to cancer - but with these poor children - it's just too much. God Bless all those families out there dealing with this.

Liluri Fri 22-Jul-11 01:11:50

Amazing programme.
What a wonderful family.
My heart truly goes out to them all.

My DD was 14 when she died after being sick for 2 years.
