It was on ITV 2 from 9-10.

I know vintage. We'll have to wait all summer before Season 3. It's not a spoiler but I did hear that they have story lines mapped out for another 5 seasons. Yippeeeeee . I can no longer imagine my life without Damon Salvatore in it .

Well herladyship the Damon bits are the only bits worth watching . I have read some bits and pieces and am looking forward to the final in particular. I shall say no more than that though as I don't want to reveal anything.

I think it's quite normal to be obsessed by something which, if true, could prolong your life. For me, it's kind of a comfort to think that we could live forever.

I do know that they are 99.9 % not real however, if they were, I'd want to be one.......especially if it were Damon doing the biting!

Noooooo what an awful episode!
Sob at Jenna and Damon. I so wanted something magical to happen to bring Jenna back. Hopefully there will be a cure for thr lovely Damon.

Can't they just pull the stake from Jenna's heart, like Elena did for Elijah when he was in the basement?

Or was that because of the white oak thing?

There will be a way out surely for Damon? What's the point otherwise ?

TVD without Damon is pointless. So I am resolutely refusing to contemplate anything other than a miracle cure

The Elijah stake: he only remained 'dead' as long as the white oak stake stayed in him. When Elena removed it, he could re-animate. Jenna just received a garden-variety stake, I think, to incapacitate her before Klaus ripped her heart out and squeezed it into his pot.

Bonnie was pretty cool though!

nope... felt quite emotional... what a lovely letter... Don't worry Damon! there will be a cure... of course!!!!!

and i must say .... coming quite late to this thread... that i do like the turn around with caroline, when she first appeared she was horribley irritating but she's quite lovely now... matt... you big wusser!!!! and his sister was most most annoying!!!! glad she went in the first series!!!!)

I love Caroline. She is definitely my absolute favourite character (that I don't want to shag senseless). And in Season 1 she was the annoying blonde Cordelia-esque (apologies if you have never seen Buffy) cheerleader type and thy've turned her into this feisty, brave, brilliant character! Matt is a prize twunt for betraying her to her mother
