Is tonight the first new episode of VP?

I get what's happened but wondered if it had been the first one last week?

I don't remember Klaus kidnapping Katherine?

SpotsMumSally Tue 19-Apr-11 22:17:51

Ooh what channel?

vintageteacups Tue 19-Apr-11 22:19:37

It's on ITV2 +1 now I think.

It was on ITV 2 from 9-10.

It's apparently being shown on - hooray!

vintageteacups Tue 19-Apr-11 22:33:33

aha - It was the first one last Tuesday.

JimJammum Wed 20-Apr-11 20:07:00

TVD is rocking at the moment. Only 4 more til end of season [sobbing uncontrollably].

vintageteacups Wed 20-Apr-11 20:33:43

How will I live without Damon???

JimJammum Mon 09-May-11 18:38:46

Anyone fretting about the body count tomorrow and the seson finale next week?

FourFingeredKitkat Mon 09-May-11 18:43:26

Isn't it a kids programme?

vintageteacups Tue 10-May-11 13:14:08

No - it's not a kids programme kitkat.

Are you thinking of 'The Little Vampire' ? grin

SciFiFan Tue 10-May-11 13:57:44

I'm counting down the hours til this evening. I'm trying not to read too many spoilers on-line but it's hard to stay strong and not peek.

Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

vintageteacups Tue 10-May-11 14:14:06

I haven';t read a single spoiler either - can't belive next week is the final series episode!!!

SciFiFan Tue 10-May-11 17:35:18

I know vintage. We'll have to wait all summer before Season 3. It's not a spoiler but I did hear that they have story lines mapped out for another 5 seasons. Yippeeeeee gringrin. I can no longer imagine my life without Damon Salvatore in it blush.

herladyship Tue 10-May-11 17:38:31

i have read all the spoilers and watched some clips on youtube blush

(only the bits with damon in though grin)

SciFiFan Tue 10-May-11 17:51:12

Well herladyship the Damon bits are the only bits worth watching grin. I have read some bits and pieces and am looking forward to the final in particular. I shall say no more than that though as I don't want to reveal anything.

3 hours and 10 mins to go.......3 hours and 9 mins to go.......

SciFiFan Tue 10-May-11 17:57:34

3 hours and 3 minutes......I could continue but it would look really sad smile.

herladyship Tue 10-May-11 17:59:44

there is everything nothing wrong with being obsessed by vampires

as i keep telling all my family/friends/colleagues.. it is DEFINITELY not sad grin

vintageteacups Tue 10-May-11 18:04:44

I think it's quite normal to be obsessed by something which, if true, could prolong your life. For me, it's kind of a comfort to think that we could live forever.

I do^ ^know that they are 99.9 % not real however, if they were, I'd want to be one.......especially if it were Damon doing the biting! grin

TheCowardlyLion Tue 10-May-11 18:08:06

Oh I bet they would with you, Damon!

SciFiFan Tue 10-May-11 20:20:35

SciFi swoons at CowardlyLion's fab pic, then picks herself up checks the clock and sees that there is less than an hour to go. Yay grin.

TheCowardlyLion Tue 10-May-11 21:01:26

About a minute to go! Squeeeeeeeeeeee!

<although have read some v. worrying speculation on fansites as to what may happen in the finale....

Shaxx Tue 10-May-11 22:03:59

Noooooo what an awful episode!
Sob at Jenna and Damon. I so wanted something magical to happen to bring Jenna back. Hopefully there will be a cure for thr lovely Damon.

vintageteacups Tue 10-May-11 22:08:23

Can't they just pull the stake from Jenna's heart, like Elena did for Elijah when he was in the basement?

Or was that because of the white oak thing?

There will be a way out surely for Damon? What's the point otherwise wink?

TheCowardlyLion Tue 10-May-11 22:11:14

TVD without Damon is pointless. So I am resolutely refusing to contemplate anything other than a miracle cure <head in sand>

The Elijah stake: he only remained 'dead' as long as the white oak stake stayed in him. When Elena removed it, he could re-animate. Jenna just received a garden-variety stake, I think, to incapacitate her before Klaus ripped her heart out and squeezed it into his pot.

Bonnie was pretty cool though!

TheCowardlyLion Tue 10-May-11 22:12:11

BTW, was I the only one who had a brief lump in the throat moment at John's final redemptive moment of nobility? sad

bea Tue 10-May-11 22:32:40

nope... felt quite emotional... what a lovely letter... Don't worry Damon! there will be a cure... of course!!!!!

and i must say .... coming quite late to this thread... that i do like the turn around with caroline, when she first appeared she was horribley irritating but she's quite lovely now... matt... you big wusser!!!! and his sister was most most annoying!!!! glad she went in the first series!!!!)
