You would, wouldn't you?! Yum!

grumpygrumps Sat 06-Nov-10 22:48:19

er yes, I would actually and judging by the looks of some of the groupies women in the audience they would most definitely too.

TmiEdward Sat 06-Nov-10 22:59:05

FOund him!
I so would.

The years haven't been kind to Richie Whats-his-face though have they?

Marrow Sat 06-Nov-10 23:01:06

Yep grin

hogshead Sat 06-Nov-10 23:02:26

ITV. I still love them after all these years. Best band live i have ever ever seen.

DH, me and my sister and BIL went to see them in Manchester in 2008. DH announced that it had been 22 years since he first saw them live on their first tour (slippery when wet) doing uni circuits to which BIL replied that he had only just been born then blush. Poor DH felt sooooo old.

We have got tickets for Hyde Park next year whoop whoop

wrigglerstea Sat 06-Nov-10 23:07:45

God yeah. Although must admit that one of the things I like about him is that he has been with his childhood sweetheart forever and been totally reliable. So unlikely really...

MollieO Sat 06-Nov-10 23:09:53

Have men been banned from the audience?!

hogshead Sat 06-Nov-10 23:11:10

ah the lovely Dorathea! Still together afaik although if you search the internet fidelity is not necessarily a strong point

Lotkinsgonecurly Sat 06-Nov-10 23:11:37

I love him, and yes I SO would too.

My favourite song is bounce, we saw them live in Hyde Park about 7 years ago.

hogshead Sat 06-Nov-10 23:15:02

Lotkinsgonecurly - I was there too at Hyde Park!

taintedpaint Sat 06-Nov-10 23:17:59

I was there in Hyde Park too.

I really should be in bed. I can't look away from the TV though.

camerondiazepam Sat 06-Nov-10 23:19:34

I'm so disappointed this wasn't a "Baby names" thread.

grumpygrumps Sat 06-Nov-10 23:25:09

Side profile, he has aged - almost looks like a different person yet from the front with the help of his lovely gnashers he looks like Bon Jovi.
It freaks me out seeing celebs age, maybe because it's a reminder I'm getting old too.

hogshead Sat 06-Nov-10 23:25:19

ROFL!! at camerondiazepam

MollieO Sat 06-Nov-10 23:25:31

What songs did I miss in the first 30 mins?

MollieO Sat 06-Nov-10 23:26:19

He must be pretty short.

hogshead Sat 06-Nov-10 23:26:54

poor DH. Apparently in 1986 he had hair longer than Jon and now he has less.

booyhoo Sat 06-Nov-10 23:27:03

well, before i watched this programme, i would have said "hell yeah", but after seeing him on tehre, i have to say my love for jon is no more. 10 years ago though (but i wouldn't have been legal wink)

Lotkinsgonecurly Sat 06-Nov-10 23:27:53

Quite like this song now on

Lotkinsgonecurly Sat 06-Nov-10 23:28:30

Is it wrong to want to kick those smug women in the audience?

MollieO Sat 06-Nov-10 23:28:39

Clearly botox is JBJ's close friend. I prefer Richie. He looks as if he has lived a life (which he has). We'd go well together. grin

Lotkinsgonecurly Sat 06-Nov-10 23:29:33

And I've just bought their new cd.

hogshead Sat 06-Nov-10 23:32:00

oooh just wizzed through the tv channels and another hour of Bon Jovi hits on Magic.

early night not looking likely
