House rules for 16 year old at college

Was wondering what your house rules are when your kids started college? We want to give our 16 year old daughter more freedom but still respect our family time and house. Do u expect them home every night for family meal or only a few times a week? What about housework and helping with chores? Also what time do u expect them in and how about sleeping at friends. TIA
