Beware of this Youtuber

(I have already posted this thread in "Internet Safety", but I think it belongs here as well. If HQ disagrees, please, remove.)

This is directed at the parents of teenagers and pre-teens, but whether you have children of that age or not, please, read through - you could potentially prevent the child(ren) of a family member, or a friend from putting themselves in a potentially dangerous position!

This 31 year old YouTuber, Onision, has for a very long time been exploiting teenage girls for his own profit in his YouTube videos. Young girls (some of them looking frighteningly young) post pictures (many of them very sparingly dressed) of their bodies to his website, for him to rate publicly on his channels.
He has on numerous occasions belittled, bullied and sexualized these girls, again, publicly!

That aside, his content is extremely inappropriate, and he will often give very detailed, graphic stories about his sex life with his current wife and their 19 year old girlfriend. He ridicules serious issues like anorexia, depression, and other mental problems, and publicly shames his viewers, if they disagree. He has a 16 year old girl (who's supposedly his wife's friend) living with him as well.

Throughout his YouTube carrier, he has been with two minors, one of which he drove into a suicidal state, and the other which he married (his current wife). Both were fans of his.

A huge part of his audience are girls in their early to mid teens. He's very manipulative, and seems to have a very tight grasp on many of them.

Please, beware of this guy!

Oh my god. That's horrendous. Surely the police can do something about it?

Technically, he's not doing anything illegal, apparently. Many people have reported the videos for inappropriate content, but Youtube refuses to do anything.

I've also had the displeasure of encountering this adult man on YouTube, one of his channels is completely devoted to the "rating" of underage girls bodies, he runs contests with prizes to get these teenagers to send him half-naked photos of themselves.

He also broadcasts his sex life in explicit detail to this demographic, I have no idea how or why YouTube allows him to get away with this.

He also flew out a 16 year old fan to live with him, his wife and their mistress and seems to be obsessed with anything to do with sex... I could understand this being on an adult entertainment channel but it's not and he uses his career status as an "entertainer" to exploit and lure in underaged girls to take part in his sexual desires and fetishes; similar to how a few A-list celebrities did before they got exposed as paedophiles.

heatst.com/tech/youtuber-onision-runs-creepy-forum-where-young-teenage-girls-post-photos-in-their-underwear/

There's an article here, with the receipts to prove that a girl in one of his videos is as young as 13. Her sister has apparently tried to get him to edit out the picture, but as of now it doesn't seem like he has responded.

Oh my gosh, I'm a longtime lurker here but just posted a topic on the very same subject!!

I'm glad I am not the only mom taking a notice, I would feel crazier than I already do Confused

Is there any way we could put a stop to this man? Would more media coverage do the trick and how do we get it? It seems he has gotten away with this behavior for so long and keeps getting bolder with it. I've been reading convincing speculation that his wife just gave birth to a baby girl as well. Angry

You're not crazy, don't worry.

I have no idea exactly what to do anymore. It seems that YouTube are happy with the money he's making them, and therefore don't care to remove him or his videos.

GardenGeek: He's been doing this for a long while, though, and has been reported several times. I don't think Google cares, considering the money he's making them.

He's either deleted his forum or it's crashed with the amount of traffic it's getting from being exposed.

This has been a known thing for a looong time on Youtube. There's lots of videos about it. The controversy over him far predates Lainey etc.

But as long as advertisers are willing to support him, there's not a huge amount that'll be done. The recent change in Youtube guidelines means that that relinquished a lot of this control.

There are a lot of shady people on Youtube. The Saccone-Jolys are loved by many, but I remember when their dog pissed on their newborn's head and they did nothing but laugh about it. Or when they let her scream so hard she blacked out, but never sought medical attention. Or when her father fed her yogurt and made perverted, disgusting remarks to her. All of these things were reported, and absolutely nothing was done.

This time around articles are being written, though. It's minors posting half naked pictures of themselves, for Christ's sake. Something has to be done about this..

The best way to beat people like this is through the popular media like the dreaded mail. Can someone perhaps get in touch with them to see if they wil run a story?

It's always a possibility to ask, but I'm not sure exactly how to get through to them. They must get so many messages.

Here it is...I can't contact them. I've had some truck with them in the past and don't particularly want to associate with them. Having said that, their readership is enormous and they'll like something such as this.
