Skin care for pimply 12 year old?

Can anyone recommend a good cleanser, toner, moisturiser for tweens/teens who have problems with 'blind' pimples.
DD1 has a bunch of bumps on her forehead, nose and check, they don't get heads on them and they don't seem inflamed but she's terribly self conscious of them.
DOes anyone know of something that works?

Clinique's programme has done wonders for my 13 year old DD. We were desperate and had even tried oral antibiotics from the GP (which made it worse). It's £££ though and they have to follow the programme religiously. it took about 6 weeks to clear DD's skin.

Gp prescribed differin for which worked for dd. We had worked our way through the usual lotions and scrubs which made her skin worse. She had tiny bumps under the skin that rarely became spots but made her selfconsious.

Cleansers, washes etc for bad skindon't work.
Her skin condition is probably hormonal and more cleansing is sufficient.
Pop her to the doctors for some cream that will reduce them.

Ds 12 currently has this problem we are trying a mild facial scrub and lots of sudocrem at night. It seems to be working.

I would take her to the doctors rather than trying shop bought products which may make it worse, then once sorted use something natural and gentle.

Our GP recommended 'simple' products and a prescribed cream, forgotten the name, begins with D
It took a few weeks but DS skin is much clearer, he just washes in simple foam wash and applies cream at night
