struggling with my 14 year old daughter. She Physically attacked me last night because she was ground and tried to walk out so stuPied me Put myself between the door and her and are bearing the brusies today. So much that I have had to Phone in sick at work, naked from the elbows down working Policy. Any advice on how to deal with this behaviour would be aPPreciated.

not sure that helPs with a teenager out until after 11Pm in the evening. EsPecially when she needs to be uP for school the next day
