Just as we thought things were getting better (after reporting ds as missing, didn't come home for the third time out all night drinking/doing drugs). He had been coming home early, even not going out one evening! Found out now that he's been late to college three times and is on thin ice as to wether he'll be allowed to continue course after the probation period. Was home yesterday with high temp and bad throat, had a txt off a friend late evening and became desperate to go out to the point of trying to climb out of his bedroom window... eventually realised couldn't get down and settled to sleep after much screaming and shouting. This morning surprisingly his temp is really high, he's unwell and I'm all the bitches under the sun as I won't let him go out! Sad

Cup of tea, a quiet chat and a trip to the doctors, perhaps?

How old is he lex?
And is the raging drug-related, or normal poorly thwarted teen angst?

He's 16 and a half, think it's more drink/drug related. He'll have a call it text and be desperate to get out. Lots of cash etc gone missing, he's smelt of dope a couple of times and has a weird chemically smell about him most of the time, won't shower brush teeth etc for days at a time and looks "off his face" more often than not. He's at his dads for a trial month now but I don't know if that will last (very diff to get his dad to accept any responsibility for him). Anxious everyday that he's going to come back home :( .and we have to go back to locking doors, worrying where handbag etc is or if he's going to stay out all night/start yet another row
