netgear routers - which one is best for internet safety?

Having read a few peoples threads about blocking certain sites, it seems that Netgear routers do the best job - does anyone know which is best (hopefully not too expensive) - we currently have a bT one that doesn't allow you to put any filtering settings on it. I have all sorts of filter settings for the laptops but of course, the ipad is a wide open thing!

Also, some people seem to say that if you press the reset button on the router, it cancels out everything anyway - that's not much good as that's exactly what my kids would do! help!

Call up Netgear and ask them before you buy. Or try Trendnet (I like their routers - especially because they are totally mac compatible and their customer service is really superb). Just call their tech line and ask which router would serve your needs best. I have set hours on my Trendnet wireless router which keep my ds from accessing the internet between the hours of 9pm-6am while still allowing everyone else in the house to get online. You can also easily block sites on my router.
