15 year old dd is depressed - advice please

My 15 year old daughter is depressed . She has been quiet and moody over the summer and now that she has gone back to school has told me that she feels empty and as if she cant shake this feeling off. She is tall, very good looking , very bright, has happy parents and a good relationship with everyone in the family , isn't being bullied and achieves very high marks at school (think this may have a lot to do with it). Despite all of this she has always struggled with slightly low self esteem but never anything like this. Can anyone give me any advice ?

Mine had a few issues 2 years ago ... she went to the school nurse ... apparently just having someone to talk to that had zero impact on her life was good

After doing this she did come to us and tell a few issues ... nothing major but clearly on her mind

We changed a few ways that the family was operating ... and opened up some chances for chat ... and helped organise some study time space ... nothing major she just needed the chance to articulate and the nurse gave her that
