Zoom won’t reinstall from cloud on ipad

Is dd’s ipad, don’t know what she’s done and neither does she but Zoom suddenly wasn’t allowing the mic or camera to work so I thought I’d try deleting and then reinstalling the app.
It now won’t re install from App Store at all- just shows the little spinning circle as if it’s trying but icon never comes back on screen and I can’t access the program.
Can anyone more techs suggest anything else we could try- she uses zoom a lot!
