tech help! started wordpress blog how do I add subscribe form?

just as the title says really, bearing in mind I am a complete technofuckwit but have so far managed to get pages up, got a home page I am happy with, shared with a few people for immediate feedback, but cannot work out how to add subscribers? pretty please, all help gratefully accepted
