Hi Mums!

I am a final year BA Hons graphic design student at Arts University Bournemouth. I am currently working on a project for the RSA Student Awards in which I am designing a concept for a planet-friendly toy. The brief is focused on the huge contribution to landfill from the toy industry and finding a way to combat this.

In order to back up my concept, I need accurate research and statistics on toy consumerism and recycling habits.

Therefore I ask you all the help me with my research by filling out my quick 2-minute survey made up of 10 multiple choice questions: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/QZVFBSB

On Friday I will pick one lucky entrant to receive a £50 high street voucher to help with your christmas shopping!

All entrants are greatly appreciated and will be very helpful to my project.

If you complete the survey, please leave a comment to say you have entered.

Thanks!
James

It's a pity you couldn't give multiple answers for some questions (eg I both pass on to family and give to charity (both shops and a local nursery).

Also, you missed what I would have puft as by far and away the most important reason for buying a particular toy - which is its play value and appeal to your DC

Just as an aside, shouldn't you be firstly giving people your details and that of your supervisor. Along with saying what would happen to the data collected.
This survey in its current form would be considered inadmissable in my own degree/masters a couple of years ago.
And how can you choose a winner? No contact information is taken

No contact details- so misleading to say a completion. Also your questions. Could maybe have allowed to rank preferences etc. Maybe a comments box- for me some of mg child's toys are plastics. I personally try to avoid it, but they get them as gifts.!
