Hi there,

I'm from the Psoriasis Association, and we're looking for people affected by psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis to tell us what parts of the condition need more research.

This is a real opportunity to influence the future of psoriasis research - all responses are read and collated into a shortlist, which the psoriasis community will vote on. Eventually, the Top Ten 'research priorities' will be published by the National Institute for Health Research, which will influence the projects and studies of the near-future.

We really need anybody with any experience of psoriasis to take part - whether you have it yourself, support a loved one with the condition, or are a healthcare professional that treats people with psoriasis.

If you'd like to read more about the project (called a 'Priority Setting Partnership'), please follow this link: www.psoriasis-association.org.uk/research/psp

To crack straight on with the survey, and submit your views, go here: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Q35ZMZ9

Thank you all for your time!

This is such a underestimated subject when you think of it you think it's treatable.
my poor little brother is 10 and has been suffering from psoriasis for 9months it started with just a little patch and escalated very quickly and now has steroid injections can barely walk without his crutches looks blistered all over his body and has arthritis in his hip as a result light therapy makes him worse luckily all the kids at his school love him so thankfully he doesn't get bullied but we have no been told he will never fully be cured and will have to use his creams and have injections for the foreseeable future it's so sad he's in and out of hospital all the time.
I hope one day there will be an effective fast cure he's 10 and to have arthritis for the rest of his life now is upsetting.
