We are a design think tank studying our masters at the London School of Architecture. Our Vote Breathe campaign is looking at measures to reduce children's exposure to harmful levels of air pollution in cities through design and activism, using London as a testbed.

Children are among the most vulnerable to the impacts of air pollution with research from Kings College London showing how vehicle pollution stunts child lung growth. These health impacts have been known about for some time, yet the government has been shockingly slow to take action to reduce illegal levels of air pollution since 2010.

This survey seeks to define the general use patterns of school children in London and questions what effects- if any- air pollution may have on a child's behaviour or environment. Your participation will help to provide urgent action required to give school children the right to breathe.

This questionnaire is designed for parents, teachers or guardians of children aged between 4 and 18 who go to school in London.

Thank you for your participation!
