I am currently looking to recruit pregnant women and mothers of children under the age of 2 years to take part in a research study assessing maternal perceptions of nicotine usage during this period.

The aim of the research is to understand why mothers continue to smoke and what the barriers are to stopping alongside what mothers feel would help them give up. In turn, this information may help develop smoking cessation programs that are focused on the mother and her needs.
I am recruiting cigarette smokers, e-cigarette smokers, individuals using nicotine patches and gum and non-smokers.
The questionnaires can be done via email and there is a short informal online chat.
All data is confidential and anonymous.
