Research survey - Does junk food advertising influence your children's eating habits?

I'm a student at Truro and Penwith College in Cornwall studying on the second year of their FdSc Health and Nutrition course.
I wonder if you can spare five minutes to answer a short, anonymous survey for a research project I am hoping to complete concerning junk food advertising and the influence you, as parents, may feel it has upon the eating habits of your children?
The survey is anonymous, your data will only be shared with individuals directly involved with the project and you are free to opt out of the survey at any point. It is not requisite that you answer every question.
