Dear Mumsnet members who are parents of children with a diagnosis of ADHD or depression,

I am working with a registered charity (the Anna Freud Centre) and University College London on a not-for-profit project to help young people with ADHD or depression and their families become involved in decisions about their care and treatment.

One of the ways we are looking to do this is to create decision aids for different types of treatment. To help us make them relevant to young people and their families, we are looking for parents to complete a short online questionnaire asking what questions are the most important when making treatment decisions.

(This has ethical approval (UCL Ethics Committee 6735/006) and has been looked at by our participation lead at the Anna Freud Centre, as well as clinicians)

Participants in the survey will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win one of several £20 vouchers.

Thanks very much for your help. smile
