Please could you answer the following questions for me much appreciated!

Does your child have any additional learning needs?

2.Does your child get the support they require from the school?

3.Does the setting your child attend have the resources to support your child’s needs?

4.Does the environment support your child’s additional learning needs?

5.Is there any additional support that you believe the setting could offer that at present they do not offer?

6.Are there any barriers to the communication between your child and their teacher?

7.How does your child communicate with you?

8.Does your child have any particular interests?

9.Are you satisfied with the support you child receives from the school?

10. Is your child happy with the support and resources they are provided with?

Yes

2.Does your child get the support they require from the school?

No. They are home educated as school were unable/unwilling to meet their needs. Three schools were tried, after that we gave up.

3.Does the setting your child attend have the resources to support your child’s needs?

No they didn't and were unwilling to make the changes required. They made obstacles at every turn

4.Does the environment support your child’s additional learning needs?

They ticked the boxes but no further than that.

5.Is there any additional support that you believe the setting could offer that at present they do not offer?

Yes, there was much more they could have done.

6.Are there any barriers to the communication between your child and their teacher?

Yes, but nothing that couldn't have been overcome.

7.How does your child communicate with you?

Verbally, thought receptive language is problematic for him and always need to be aware of that.

8.Does your child have any particular interests?

Yes, many, though very specific and they change every couple of months.

9.Are you satisfied with the support you child receives from the school?

No, he was treated shockingly badly and ended up self harming and non verbal

10. Is your child happy with the support and resources they are provided with?

No, See above. He will never return to school, is terrified of the thought of it.
