If you are a "person with autism, family member, carer or professional".

It is in support of planned campaign to improve public understanding of Autism.

Thanks smile

It doesn't appear to want professionals working with autistic people but not 'in the field of autism'. I'm a teacher and teach several pupils with ASD in a mainstream setting. I'd have thought my opinion might be useful, but apparently it hasn't wanted..

That is strange hmm

I've done it.

It really sickens me how misunderstood autism is in society :-(

OP you need to post surveys in a special section on Mumsnet. I've reported so they can be in touch.

Thanks for this. Done it.

cardibach the survey is very much geared around the experiences of daily life out and about for people with autism (or their parents/carers), e.g. shopping, public transport, etc, so that's probably why it's not applicable for teachers.

It's not a commercial survey and i'm not the author or affiliated to the NAS (a charity) in any way. I'm just a parent.

MaggieJoyBlunt Wed 24-Jun-15 21:36:04

(But I apologise if it has inconvenienced you in any way)
