They are noisy little monsters at night aren't they? DD is so excited to have them in her room, bless her.
I don't think I'd like to be with the pigs if I was ill, with their pooh eating habits and GP2s 'gas'. (I've had a bleurgh week as well. Not as bad as some of the MNetters. Was sick on Monday night/early Tues and had a gripey cramp stomach and headache since then.
We're going for broke -no divider this time. They've got a fleece at one end, a box of hay at the other ,a bowl of vegetables and their cat pellets on the floor. Hopefully the effort of walking on them will knacker the boys before they think about squabbling. They've been sharing a hay trug sometimes (even though they've got 2 trugs and a haybox full of hay + wooden house and willow house. But that's because they choose to.). Might be a bit more aggro in an enforced space. And I'm going to cover the cage like a stroppy sweary parrot!
I'm using a wood pellet cat litter from The Range at the moment ( huge yellow bag, suitable for furries)
GP1 goes up to DD room to play and he's a gentleman, never wees in her bedroom. I thought the poor little soul will be cross legged by morning but no- first thing he did was drop his 'nads into the litter and mark his territory
They're being a tiny bit snipey- but they could well be like this in the Pighouse, we don't know. They'll sort themselves (or DD will smack their bums -metaphorically- and send them to their corners )
