Right, I've got ridiculous so I'm going cold Turkey on TV.

I'm watching dreadful tv while messing about on my phone, working from home so I'm either at a screen for work or watching tv. Sleep is poor, and I'm always tired and sluggish.

So cold Turkey from today! I think this will be super hard for me, wasn't sure where to put this, Hope it's ok to be in addiction

So day one complete. Not sure if it's made easier or harder but it being half term so not working.

Had a king think about it I can do yoga via YouTube, and decided that would be ok with my rules, but haven't got around to it trust. Did finish the book I've been reading through! Now a third into my second book
