if i was a paper doll how would you dress me?

rimmer08 Sun 01-Nov-09 14:36:01

i am same height as you but size 10. suggestions

skinnies
band tshirts
retro tshirts (try truffle shuffle
skirts from all saints
high heels- ebay is good for quirky
low rise boyfriend fit jeans- GSTAR IF U CAN AFFORD THEM)
basic shift dresses with a wide cinching belt to give u a waist
stay clear of long dresses- i can never find ones that fit me
sexy underwear is a must for your naughty pleasure!! ;)

thanks. i dont really do sexy undies-dont see the point with no curves!

I'm sorry, 4-6? be off with you you slip of a thing

Try layers and belts to create curves. Tis what I do. I'm 5"3 and a size 6-8, no boobs. The most difficult thing I find is a small enough bra (I have to go to New Look's 9-15 section which is blush) and trousers with a little waist but enough length. Also have to spend more money as shops I can actually afford (like Primark) don't go down to a size 6 and their 8 is more like a 10.

cybil i should still be able to wear nice clothes though!

belts i cant find ones where i dont have to make extra holes?where?

CybilLiberty Sun 01-Nov-09 15:11:31

I know, I'm just jealous

cheesesarnie Sun 01-Nov-09 15:13:26

cheesesarnie Sun 01-Nov-09 15:16:51

do they have online store?i dont think cornwall has zara!grin

cybil i saw a thread of yours about lilly allen haircut.i take it it didnt go well?hows it now?

CybilLiberty Sun 01-Nov-09 15:19:09

Well, It's a nice cut, I've had lots of compliments but it's NOt quite the LIly I was expecting

CrapDriver Sun 01-Nov-09 15:33:24

I have to make extra holes in belts! Primark do extra tiny ones now, designed to go round your waist instead of your hips and they come in 3 different sizes. They are really cheap to!

Ronaldinhio Sun 01-Nov-09 15:58:59

ok I'm a tall one but have loads of shorter family

they tell me that all the same rules apply so:
you still have to decide if you are a leggy petite or a long bodied petite
same basis for finding out what suits your shape it i.e. if you are an apple or whatever

a small dress size doesn't mean a perfect figure or so it was snarled to me.....

be very careful with boots apparently ??
also all clumpy shoes
big prints

er dunno if this was what you were after but I suppose I'm trying to say that body shape rules apply no matter what the height with some few exceptions to prevent swamping or shortening legs

cheesesarnie Sat 07-Nov-09 21:57:21

see this is where im rubbish!i dont know if im long bodied or long legged!im rubbish at shape!have decided i have hips though(i think).

interesting about primark belts-ive given up on belts!

not after anything in particular-just what would you wear if had same figure i suppose.
