Leggings/Jeggings/Skinny Jeans and Shoe boots

I can't be the only one who gets that little gap of skin between the top of the boot and the bottom of the trousers

Do you wear little ankle socks or is the answer those leggings with straps under the feet?

I have quite long legs so dont have lots of excess stuff at the bottom

interesting socks, is what I wear. E.g. have got 7/8th navy trousers and have worn camel socks with my buckled sock boots.
My tights and sock dreams (if you'll willing to risk the import duties) both have loads of different colours, textures etc
