Allergic reaction to permanent hair dye - alternatives?

Hi hope someone might have some suggestions!

I have used permanent dye 3 times and last week it was so itchy and then started burning so the hairdresser just washed it off and says I have built up a reaction to it.

I have dark brown hair and use a reddish colour to cover my ever increasing greys!

Can anyone recommend any natural product ranges? Hairdresser was going to ask their product rep too but I am just worrying about have to really go grey.

I use Daniel Field, this, it's great. Good on grey.
