very nice Johnny, but why are they all bloody well sold out?

No logos or cheap embridery/applique.
Where from?
Petit Bateau only seem to do to age 6. I want stuff for a 9 year old.

Kids should be kids or Rainbow kids

I got a pack of two from M&S one stripey (redcurrant and blackberry colours) and one plain (nice leaf green) and they are really lovely quality. Stripey one looks marvellous underneath Boden flowey cord pinafore.

Hennes?
Gap?

exexpat · 15/10/2009 22:47

Ummm - last month I found my DD a 3-pack of nice, plain long sleeved t-shirts, three different colours, in Tesco's....

moondog · 15/10/2009 22:48

Ah, will check out M&S and Tesco. No Gap or Hennes near though.

H&M

Try American Apparel. Not the cheapest, but reasonable and loads of colours. We've had some karate-style pants and vests from here for toddler DS. They wash really well and look great, and are good quality cotton. DH also has some of their stuff. Only problem is they do shrink a bit more than normal in tumble drier, so best not to unless some shrinkage is needed!

SCARYspicemonster · 15/10/2009 22:52

Why have you spurned my excellent suggestions?

HolidaysQueen · 15/10/2009 22:53

i think i linked to younger kids there, but they do do the same sort of tops for older kids as well

moondog · 15/10/2009 22:55

I didn't Scary! I didn't know it was the name of a shop. Those are perfect.
Thank you.
Will check out AA. Isn't that the weird sort of porn site?

Nowt doing at M&S or Tesco though.

I got a couple of these in M&Co's sale. The samallest size if age 9. The breasts on the modeal are a bit disconcerting, but they look ok in rl.

exexpat · 15/10/2009 22:59

... or these at Next

Tidey · 15/10/2009 23:00

Packs of two, £3, Primark.

EdgarAllenPoo · 15/10/2009 23:04

i want them in packs of £3 for 3 from Tescos. they don't do them - only body suits.

its really annoying, cos i just want plain ones to go with any outfit. and cheaper than those £8 boden ones....

moondog · 15/10/2009 23:04
