Their latest catalogue looks good but I was put off last time I tried to order as they said 1st delivery had to be to address of cardholder. I usually get stuff sent to work as no one in the house during the day. Anyone know if this is still the case? Says if no one at address will try 3 times and return to them (ie can't collect from courier depot) which sounds bit of a nightmare!

Also before I get carried away what is the quality like and are the sizes generous?

Thanks!

Sorry to dissapoint, but have had terrible customer service from them. Unanswered phone, emails, refunds taking ages... I think the 1st delivery to hoem address thing was in place when I ordered from them (once, about 5 or 6 years ago).

As I said, it was a long time ago, things may have improved.

i buy from them quite often...i find them mostly great...now and then the sizes have been odd, but mostly are fine. i'm a sort of standard 12 in most places...i buy a 12 from them which fit well.

the quality is usually lovely, but there have been the odd thing which i have sent back becuse it was not as thick or heavy as i had expected...

have not had any probs with them when trying to get in contact or with refunds either.

Thanks ladies - they did sound as if they might be a bit awkward...but the stuff does look lovely. I'm tempted..

No idea on the delivery side (work from home), but have ordered a few things (as has dh) & has been fine - dh returned a top & had no problems/quick refund.
Quality better than I expected from the price.

What are you thinking of getting ?(wasn't too impressed with this seasons stuff)
