its divine
haev the black mauve ones her e- not at all mauvey imo but not as hard as black

it was £14
the brush was £20 so I said "no fanx" andbought it off ebay for £9.
the liner itslef is soft and the brush gives oyu a nice wide soft line that fills in easily.
You cna layer on MORE for a hard line. It then sets hard - had some on my hand from the tester and it lasted two hadn washes...!

tis fantastic stuff

PVish Thu 08-Oct-09 12:05:11

oh yes i have been circling it with intent for about a year..
what do you have

zanz1bar Thu 08-Oct-09 12:28:24

chocolate shimmer.

So dark its like a soft black, it has the tinniest shimmer, which just softens the colour, not at all sparkley

I bought the brush at the same time and it is good.

PVish Thu 08-Oct-09 12:29:04

It is isnt it. and do oyu find it stays on a long time?

MrsMorgan Thu 08-Oct-09 12:32:32

I have this but have neve actually used it. I will make a point of trying it this weekend.

I love their Intensive skin supplement, it makes my make up sit so much better on my face.

catinthehat2 Thu 08-Oct-09 12:33:52

But how do you get the stuff off afterwards if it lasts through 2 x handwashes?

devilsadvocaat Thu 08-Oct-09 12:34:09

yes! i have the black one.
it's the only eyeliner i can get to stay lining my eyes instead of my cheeks by the end of the day.

lasts for ages too.

PVish Thu 08-Oct-09 12:37:13

waterproof eyemake up remover i spose....

catinthehat2 Thu 08-Oct-09 12:39:27

..and a pan scourer I guess. Sounds nice tho'

zanz1bar Thu 08-Oct-09 12:43:09

little bit of cheapo oil cleanssing method and it lifts off

brimfull Thu 08-Oct-09 19:44:10

love this stuff
I have indigo, black and chocolate shimmer

but I have found they do dry out before they run out which is annoying

liz earle cleanser gets it off which I am too poor for atm but simple cleanser works as well

I am also after some bobbi brown perfume

waiting for dd's discount of a farkin 25% of JLewis !!! woo hoo!

catinthehat2 Thu 08-Oct-09 22:39:04

"dd's discount of a farkin 25% of JLewis" why? Can I have your daughter? Does her discount work in other depts as I am looking for a tv. wink

stillfrazzled Fri 09-Oct-09 17:33:50

Is this a good eyeliner if you usually only use a pencil? Much as I'd love to try flicks a la Sophie Ellis Bextor etc, I always chicken out.

I'm veeery tempted but can only justify if I use it!

NyeEve Fri 09-Oct-09 17:58:33

yes deffo
its nto the hardness of liquid eyeliner either

piss easy to apply
get the brush on ebay

InThisSequinBraYesYouOlaJordan Fri 09-Oct-09 18:30:08

Absolutely gorgeous stuff - I got it for my sister's wedding in October and I love love love it!!

I think mine is called sepia ink, but can't be faffed to go up two flights of stairs to find out. Am a bit angry that I didn't think of getting the brush on ebay.

BudaBones Sat 10-Oct-09 17:48:04

Well thanks to this thread I now have the Forest Shimmer one AND the brush AND the 'Bone' eyeshadow! I am such a sucker!

NyeEve Sat 10-Oct-09 17:50:09

have you tried it yet?

moondog Sat 10-Oct-09 19:50:15

I've got a couple of these but find it a bit claggy and clumpy to apply. What am I doing wrong?
Got a cheapo (but recommended in some ridiculous style 'bible') Rimmel one yesterday, and it was tonnes easier.

NyeEve Sat 10-Oct-09 19:51:07

have you the brush moony?
its so smooth- cant belive its clumpy

moondog Sat 10-Oct-09 19:53:48

I have a Benefit curved brush. I spent so many £££££ at the bloody BB counter that when she gathered up about 10 brushes and said 'You need this and this and this and this' I freaked and ripped them from her hand, scattering them like hairpins across the shopfloor of Browns of Chester screaming

moondog Sat 10-Oct-09 19:55:19

(BTW, have I missed YBF if Harry Hill was on?
Bugger. I went to see 'Up' with my kids and then to Maccy D's. Really!! Wept like a baby. (At 'Up', not Macdonalds.)

NyeEve Sat 10-Oct-09 20:36:43
