Maternity workwear

Here's hoping that you can help me..

I am almost 12 weeks PG, and starting to get a bit of a tummy shall we say!
I am struggling to find a pair of black trousers and a pencil style skirt for maternity work wear, that are "over the bump", or with roll down top on the skirt, that I can grow into. Preferably not a man-made fibre too, as heard these can make you sweat.

Need to get kitted out pretty sharpish as my current trousers can barely do up!

Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

can't help you out with the pencil skirt I'm afraid but I had some great black work trousers from Blooming Marvellous. Stylish, comfortable and adjusted as I got bigger.

Congratulations and happy shopping .

Thanks! Just had a quick look on there, they have a nice pair with adjustable waistband but under the bump - any thoughts on under the bump trousers? I heard they are fine in early stages but are not so good as you grow.

The skirt on there is the same with no panel, looks great but any good for a big bump later on?

Maybe I am asking too much to expect these to see me right through till I am due???

under the bump? I never tried, as I was huge and just couldn't see it working. I went on maternity leave at 7 months and the trousers did me up til then but not sure they would have fitted full term when I got mahoosive.

I looked everywhere for workwear. I eventually bought over the bump herringbone type trousers and a maternity dress from Mothercare. Both very classic workwear type of clothes.

I was surprised with Mothercare maternity wear - in a good way.

I have given up on skirts though. I find dresses a lot easier to wear and will last throughout the winter.

Thank you all for your help! I will be sure to check these places out in good detail.

Last night I discovered NEXT maternity wear on-line, never really been a NEXT fan but there do seem to be some good reviews and it's reasonably priced..not sure if any one on here has any experiences of it?
