I quite recently joined Ventee Privee (online sale co-ordinator). You get a few days notification of an upcoming online sale of various designers. Bought DD2 a beautiful Jean Bourget skirt and jacket at vastly reduced price in late August. I knew despatch was not for a couple of weeks as items are delivered to Ventee Privee and then despatched to customers. Just over 2 weeks after I placed the order I had a notification email informing me of despatch and a DHL tracking number. Watched it for a couple of days and was surprised to see item showing as 'delivered' as I hadn't had it. Rang DHL and they said it had gone back due to a problem with the address. I could see my address written perfectly on the email, so rang Ventee Privee (very hard to find their number and emails come back 'no reply'). Was told it would be sent out again once logged as returned and, sure enough, I had another email asking whether I wanted it re-sent or refunded. Chose re-sent, but that was a week ago. I now don't know if it has been sent as I don't have a new tracking no and have heard no more. Has anyone else bought anything through Ventee Privee and did it go smoothly? It has certainly put me off ordering through them again, however much of a bargain it looks.
