I a am looking to order winter coats/jacket for my 3 and 5 year old DS's. Something nice and warm with a hood and not too dull. I have a maximum budget of about $30 each (sorry don't have a pound sign). It needs to be something I can order online.
Thanks

thanks moneyspider I have just started to look I am not in the UK so want to order it online then pick it up when I come for a visit in a couple of weeks.
The first one is similar to the one my ds1 had last year and sorry don't like the second one the 3rd one made me lol my ds would divorce me if I tried to make him wear that!

Am about to look at next lula seeyou I don't like the colour but the green is nice too thin though.

sorry am being picky but they virtually live in their coats throughout the winter

this one is green too, much warmer but is over your budget unfortunately. I'm looking for green coats as ds is insistent that that he has a dark green coat. Bloody opinionated kids, he's only just 4!

all4kids has links to lots of different website, you may have some luck there. It's were I found the viking kids stuff.

Good luck

i have bought some from verbeudet. they come in girls and boys. can't find link, they are about £40 (so over your budget) but i have to say they are very impressive - reflective strip, zip out puffa jacket, pockets. terrific. now to find the link and look like i am working....

i think it is really warm (and will be taking it for night time outings when we go skiing). at the moment i have unzipped the padded jacket bit and my kids are wearing just the outside waterproof bit (which also has a nice fleecy lining) and they seem fine in that with just a t-shirt underneath. the aukward child however is wearing only the puffa jacket bit(no hood) and seems fine in that too (although she looks a bit horsy but stylish i think).
so yes it is very warm, because it is really 2 coats in one. i was a bit wary of that but the coats zip together, so you don't have to put them into 2 coats, so i was sorted.
and it's reflective.
and the pockets are great. i am thrilled with the coats (how sad am i!)
