Don't bother it's rubbish. They said it would take my skin about a month to get used to the new product and that I may come out in spots during that time but after 2 months of use it was still making me come out in spots. Liz Earle was exactly the same.

For a much cheaper alternative (and better) try Lush Ultrabland, Boots Botanics Cleansing Balm or Tesco B Natural cleanser.

I agree- it's not worth it, however Eve Lom does advocate facial massage with the cleanser and there's a lot to be said for that.
May I suggest the much cheaper and MN fave cleanser: oil cleaning method
There are a few threads on it here...

I suggest using 2.5% benzoyl peroxide gel on blackheady areas night and morning under your moisturiser. They go away and it's really cheap.

actually I have very tricky delicate skin and Eve Lom is the only cleanser that cleans properly without making my skin flare.

It is pricey but it lasts absoloutely ages.

I would try the cleanser and see how you get on. I buy a small tube of the mask too but actually use it to put a dab on problem areas and then rinse off rather than the whole face. It works better for me that way.

But the mosituriser it terrible - really harsh so don't go near that.

Of course try the alternatives suggested first as they may suit you. But I still have cold sweats when I think about the red slashes of pain I got across my face from Boots

Someone on here, (have lost thread) said the Boots Age defense (I think- something like that) cleansing balm was exactly the same as the Eve Lom one but cost £7 instead of about £50...
