Somebody help me with tops!

I work in a smart casual environment . I normally wear little jumpers with a vest top underneath or whatever, but I'm a bit lost and bored with them really.
I have some nice tops but I need something to keep me warm!
I like cardis, but want something a bit more jazzy. Likewise jumpers.

I went to Next last night and got some lovely tops but all short sleeved and I'm cold. Next had lots of cardis and jumpers but all acrylic, and I get electric shocks all the time so I prefer viscose or something natural!

I'm size 10, in ok shape but short and can't do long cardis etc. Model agencies won't be calling just yet.

Boden have some lovely knitwear at the moment. I just got a jumper and cardigan and am really impressed with quality - haven't tried washing yet though !

OOh, forgot about Boden. I'm considering going daring and getting something stripy, just to ring the changes. We'll see...
